Ms Bergen is an Executive Leadership Consultant specialising in strategic leadership, organizational effectiveness, and advocacy. She served as the member of Parliament (MP) for Portage—Lisgar in Manitoba from 2008 to 2023. Highlights during her term include leading the Conservative Party of Canada and serving as Leader of His Majesty’s Loyal Opposition.
