As President and CEO of NEMI Northern Energy & Mining Inc. from 2009 to 2016, he guided the Canadian public company through a successful transition to private status, overseeing key transactions including a C$73 million asset sale. Today, he continues to lead NEMI as a private investment firm. With prior roles at the Pacific Options Exchange and Chicago Board Options Exchange, he offers deep financial and strategic expertise. A graduate of Kalamazoo College and the University of Michigan, he is committed to advancing Valory’s projects, delivering premium low volatile coking coal to support global steel production.
